As part of the guest registration process, you are required to confirm the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by signing it. If available, this confirmation can be completed prior to arrival as part of the digital pre-check-in process. If the required confirmation has not been completed in advance, it must be provided on site during check-in. The accommodation provider is required to update and verify any changes to previously submitted information upon arrival. If necessary, the guest registration must then be confirmed again. By providing your digital signature, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate. Your signature will be stored exclusively for the purpose of completing and documenting the guest registration process and will be processed in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. If the signature is not provided in advance, it must be completed on the day of arrival during check-in. This may result in additional administrative effort and possible delays during the check-in process. If any changes to the registered information arise on the day of arrival, the accommodation provider is required to correct the relevant information on the guest registration form. In this case, the guest registration form must be signed again. By providing your digital signature, you confirm that all information provided is correct. Your signature will be stored exclusively for this legally required process and kept securely.
